Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
12-16 oz of egg noodles
1-2 yellow onions
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Chop up the onion(s) and saute them in butter in a large pot. While they're cooking, chop up the cabbage. When the onions have cooked for a few minutes, add the chopped cabbage and more butter to the pot. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. In a separate pot, cook then drain your egg noodles. When the onions and cabbage are cooked, mix in the noodles and season with salt and pepper.
