Onions have been difficult for us to grow over the last several years but we're determined to get it figured out because they're such a kitchen staple for us. We only grow yellow onions because of their versatility and flavor- this season we plan to offer an earlier maturing variety as well as a late variety that stores well. Onions show up in nearly all of our favorite recipes, including cheesy chard, sauteed kohlrabi, and refrigerator pickles.
