The most versatile of our tomatoes! We grow a variety of snacking-size tomatoes that can also be used for sauce, added to a salad, or blistered in the oven for the perfect bruschetta or pasta topping.
Perfect for adding to a sandwich or just sprinkle some salt on the slices and have them as a snack! We primarily grow our two favorite varieties: Pineapple is yellow/red and very sweet, Moskvich is an heirloom version of your classic red slicer. They can both be used for sauce but do have to cook for a while as they're quite juicy.
These are the ultimate tomato for making a classic red sauce for pasta or pizza. Their very low water content and robust flavor mean they need to cook for just a fraction of the time of other, juicier tomatoes.
