Although it is weather dependent, we strive to offer baby-leaf lettuce and heads of romaine every week throughout the growing season. These items are staples in our household and we love to always have some on hand for salads, wraps, and sandwiches. We sell our lettuce unwashed because it increases the shelf life- just give it a rinse when you're ready to use it.
